Warranty Overview All Hurricane Next-Gen and Easydome pool covers include a 15-year prorated limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials (specifically seam separation or tears caused by poor workmanship or defective materials).

Important Safety Notice THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A SAFETY COVER. Under no circumstances should any person or animal walk, stand, or play on the cover. Doing so will void the warranty and may cause serious injury or damage.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will provide a replacement cover (prorated credit applied based on the schedule below). You do not need to return the original cover. The owner is responsible for shipping costs of the replacement cover, capped at a maximum of $35 (depending on cover size).

No Refunds Policy We do not offer refunds after 30 days. A full refund is available only if the cover is returned unopened within 30 days of purchase.

Prorated Credit Schedule (applied toward the purchase of a new replacement cover):

· Years 1–2: 100% credit (full unconditional coverage for workmanship and materials)

· Year 3: 60% credit

· Year 4: 50% credit

· Year 5: 40% credit

· Year 6: 30% credit

· Year 7: 20% credit

· Years 8–15: 10% credit

Required Maintenance and Installation To maintain warranty coverage, the cover must be installed and maintained strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions. Key requirements include:

· Always keep most water off the cover using the built-in drain system or an automatic cover pump.

· Store the cover (during off-season) in a waterproof, insect-proof, and rodent-proof container.

Exclusions This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by:

· Wind gusts exceeding 50 mph

· Earthquakes, hail, vandalism, mildew, chemical spills, or fire

· Improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance instructions

· Any resulting damage to pool walls, liner, filter system, or other property
